Each oven is supplied with specially designed granite tiles for the oven floor. These retain heat evenly to create a crisp pizza base. Also included is a flue which is cleverly designed and positioned to remove smoke efficiently without losing essential heat. Heat accumulating in the oven allows a long cooking time with minimum wood burn. The design of TRENDZ Pizza Ovens allows food to be cooked evenly with heat applied from both top and bottom.
